Joseph Hickman
Hannah (nee Hanes)

Joseph was born in 1796 at Badby, Northamptonshire, England. Joseph married Hannah (nee Hanes) on 19 December 1816 at Warwickshire, England. On 5 March 1831 Joseph was found guilty for stealing half a hundred weight of coals, his sentenced was 3 months imprisonment in the House of Correction and to be kept to hard labour at Northamptonshire, England. On 7 June 1841 Joseph’s occupation was Shoe. On 30 March 1851 Joseph’s occupation was Ag Lab. On 7 April 1861 Joseph’s occupation was Shoemaker. On 2 April 1871 Joseph’s occupation was Pauper. In 1872 Joseph died in Northamptonshire; he was 76 years old.


Hannah was born in 1794 at Priors Marston, Warwickshire, England. Hannah married Joseph Hickman on 19 December 1816 at Warwickshire, England. On 7 June 1841, 30 March 1851, 7 April 1861 and 2 April 1871 they lived at Croft Lane, Braunston, Northamptonshire; Hannah’s occupation on 30 March 1851 was Charwoman. In 1881 Hannah lived at Croft Lane, Braunstone, Northamptonshire. In 1883 Hannah died at Northamptonshire; she was 89 years old.
